LED Angel Eyes conversion kit for BMW E90, E91, for facelift with halogen headlights

 These brand-new headlights are installed in an aluminum housing which has been milled from a single piece. As there are no connections between the components, perfect heat dissipation is guaranteed. Only the bracket is made from another piece of aluminum. The installed CREE® chips can therefore dissipate the heat generated directly to the heat sink, resulting in a much longer service life.

Another advantage of this product compared to its predecessor is that a ballast is no longer required. All electronic components required for fault suppression and to prevent radio interference are already integrated in the aluminum housing. This means that the plastic housing in the wheel housing no longer needs to be adapted. As a result, there are no complications regarding moisture on the Angel Eye module. Furthermore, almost all the necessary installation materials (see photo) are included in the scope of delivery for installation.

The installed CREE® chips achieve a light output of 730 lumens at 13.8 V DC.

Installation of the LED modules is extremely simple, as they are installed in the original lamp holders.
This means absolute plug-n-play installation that can be carried out without a visit to the workshop.
