30-day return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn or unused
• With original tags
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to initiate a return

For defective or damaged products: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@carlighrts.ch 

For customer loyalty: If you have changed your mind about the product, it must be returned in its original and unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs and items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Inspection and refund

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, an automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
